Bayahibe är en stad som ligger i provinsen La Altagracia i den östra delen av Dominikanska Republiken. Den ligger mycket nära La Romana och öarna Catalina och Saona.
Staden Bayahibe är framför allt en stad med fisketradition, men den har en av de bästa playorna i hela Karibien.
