Good breakfast, clean and nice rooms. Facility looked great. Stocked refrigerator in the room was a great touch.
No iron in room. Hot tub was cold.
Nothing open after hours.

Good modern feel about the hotel, check in and closeness to exhibition centre is excellent.
The rooms need new tv's - what hotel of your standard still uses crt tv's??? Also, rooms should be equiped with irons and boards, to charge for shorts to be ironed is wrong!

Habitación Junior Suite que cumple con las expectativas. Vistas espectaculares desde la planta 21. Parking disponible por 20€ la noche.
Podrían incluir el parking en el precio de la habitación.

most of the staff friendly excellent location if you attend a conference (I came for ITCA)
my suitcase did not arrive and I was suppossed to get it next day.When I asked reception if it arrived,they said no,so I had to go and buy a suit a shirt a tie and some underpants and cosmetics. when I checked again late at night,the bellboy told me that the suitcase arrived at noon as promised by airline!!! somebody put it in a lugagge room,despite my request to put it in my room and inform me that it arrived. Waste of 300 euros that nobody will compensate me for that!
