We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel is stylish and comfortable. We were upgraded to Junior Suites and this gave us a welcome space to relax after a long day exploring the beautiful City of Prague. The staff were really helpful and the hotel is in a terrific location off the Old Town Square.
A great base for exploring the sights of Prague. Everything is walkable.

Ubicación, supercentrico.
La calefacción no funcionba, nos dijeron que la iba arreglar (y nos llevaron unos plumas para abrigarnos) al dia siguiente nos cambiaron de habitacion.

Hubo un problema en la habitación reservada. Nada mas llegar nos lo comunicaron y nos alojaron, sin cargo, en un hotel de 5 estrellas contiguo. Al día siguiente nos facilitaron una nueva habitación, suite de 110 mts¡¡¡¡, sin recargo de ningún tipo. El trato personal excelente, es de los hoteles con un trato al cliente más agradable de los que hemos estado, a pesar de las barreras idiomáticas que ellos se esfuerzan en superar.
El menú incluido en la pensión tiene poca variación.
Toda Praga a tu alcance caminando. Está a cinco minutos de la plaza del Reloj del ayuntamiento.

La 1ère chambre n'étant pas convenable pour moi , on nous a surclassé le lendemain et la junior suite est vraiment très bien. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées et la literie parfaite.
La chambre double supérieur n'est autre qu' une chambre standard Le petit déjeuner est assez varié mais les aliments ne sont pas de très bonne qualité

emplacement exceptionnel au centre de Prague superbes chambres literie parfaite propreté nous y retournerons volontiers
petit déjeuner très bien, mais 1/2 pension satisfaisante mais sans plus.

muy bien situado, excelente trato, hablan español. muy buenas instalaciones y habitaciones, bien climatizado. en general todo muy bien
desayuno con poca variedad, si bien la calidad es buena, hay muy poco surtido.
