Very helpful staff Easy to use bus service to access tourist attractions Free mini-bar added value so we could have a drink on our return to the hotel
Beach unaccessible for morning runs No in-room tea/coffee making facilities
Quite limited - we expected to use the beach Expect this area to be more developed as the construction projects in place are finished - this does not mean that you are disturbed by building noise.

pool areas very small and bar/cafe area a bit lacking in atmosphere

It would be good to have a full length mirror in the bedroom and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
The staff are very professional and helpful at all times - this made such a difference to my overall impression and stay.
Too warm and 'closed in' in the business centre - I think the lighting added to the heat. The breakfast area was quite small and it felt crowded although I think that some of it was closed off which didn't help matters.
Difficult to comment as I was working and did not have time to look around

The staff were very friendly, hotel was very comtemporary, breakfasts were lovely, view was gorgeous.
Rooms too hot, you cannot open the windows and the air conditioning was not good enough. No good for people with children.
Use the metro line which is right next to the hotel, its extremley cheap and a great way to get about.

Excellent hotel offering high standards of service and comfort. Breakfasts offered plenty of hot or cold options to a very high standard. Close to excellent Metro, Bus and Tram links into the city centre. Well placed next to a large retail outlet with numerous Tapas & Restaurants. Near to the beach.
A little way out of the mainstream tourist sites.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay in BCN Princess, compared to my previous stay in another hotel.
Good size room, with pleasant shower facility and wash vanity counter.
Definitely the absence of coffee/tea making pot in the room and mineral water, which is the norm in today's business hotel.
Did not explore the shopping mall. Convenient to the ICCB opposite. Perhaps the distance from 'down-town' maybe some inconvenient.

Dos horas para el meter el coche en el parking. Informaciones contradictorias de hasta cinco empleados del hotel en referencia al parking. El primero nos indicó mal, el segundo nos dijo que podíamos entrar nosotros directamente o a través del botones (por supuesto no pudimos entrar directamente, tuvimos que pagar el parking del centro comercial y salir otra vez, la tercera (recepcion) nos dijo que solo lo podía meter el botones y ya dejamos el coche preparado en la puerta (por cierto no hay zona para poder parar aunque sea 10 minutos) y el cuarto nos pide el tique de aparcamiento que se suponía que nos lo tenía que haber dado la tercera empleada. Ya explotamos y creemos que ya nos estaba esperando la quinta empleada que fue la que nos solucionó el tema del parking. Para colmo la tercera empleada (recepción) nos "premió" por las incomodidades del parking con una suite junior con un sofá super sucio, una auténtica vergüenza, no queríamos una habitación grande sino una habitación que al menos estuviera limpia. En fin, para tres días que estuvimos en Barcelona se convitieron en la peor experiencia que recuerdo de un hotel. Es para poner una reclamación en toda regla.
