The only positive thing about this hotel is that the cleaning lady's are very nice.
The rooms are not to bad but the beds are very bad,the first night i felt the underground of the matras it was very hard. I asked the hotelmanager for another room and he said that he never got complains about this,which i dont believe. He make a discussion with me,it was verry unproffessional. He was the whole week not nice to the guests. Also the breakfast is a drama every day the same boring bread with fake mermalade etc not much choice and you have no privacy when you eate because the table of youre neighboure is a few cm next to you. I think it's a bad hotel and i never come back to this hotel.

good upmarket location buses frequant to both palma and magalouf bus to palma 2.20 euors for 2 people 15 mins away 5.40 euros for 2 to magalouf 25 minsa away very good restaurants etc a walk away as is a small quite beach
cost of transport if you wanted a beach holiday / and /or town type holiday with lots hisotry the hotel is on a steep hill or lots of steps to reach the entrance some staff hard working but not very friendly

Hotel was clean and tidy. Food was ok. Pool was lovely and warm, with lifeguard always present. Not much to do in the evenings, and wouldn't recommend for children. Enjoyed our time there. Staff were friendly. The actual resort was quite quiet, but Magaluf is only a cab ride away.

Hotel was excellent value for money. Food was plentiful and varied considering the cost. Pool was clean at all times and the pool bar was handy for lunch snacks. Convenient for buses to/from Palma etc, provided you dont mind a short walk up and down hill, but then nearly all this coast line is similar. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Sound proofing not ideal for youngsters staying as we were woken at times by youths returning in early hours, but generally reccomend it for couples and older families. Very handy for airport. Would return again.

Very nice stay in Blue Bay. Staff were very helpful. The room had an amazing view of the marina.

Value for money but rather surly on reception. Not suitable for elderley or unfit people as the hotel is up a very steep hill away from buses and other amenities.

Très belle vue sur la baie de Palma correct au niveau de la nourriture personnel très aimable
2 séchoirs pour tout l'hotel à se procurer à la reception et à ramener 1 heure après pas très fonctionnel! Clients pas très respectueux du sommeil de leurs voisins,portes de chambre qui claquent sans arret et insonorisation des chambres légère

Pleasant staff clean and all you would expect.
160 stairs to get from hotel to shops and more to get to beach. NO ENGLISH FOOD WHATSOEVER
