The hotel was built in 1979 and renovated in 2001 beside a main road , surrounded by a 23.000 m2 garden and a 18 holes golf course. It consists of 2 6-storey buildings with a total of 288 rooms. There is a hotel lobby with a 24-hour reception service. In addition, the hotel features lifts, a café, a newspaper stand, bars, a discoclub, a games room and a TV room. Additional facilities include an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant , highchairs for children, 5 conference rooms (catering for up to 160 persons), a public Internet terminal (WLAN) & WIFI with extra charge, as well as a laundry service and medical assistance. Guests have the opportunity to hire bikes (for an additional charge) as well as to use the bicycle garage . Playground for children.Entertainment for children during the day. The comfortable rooms come with an in suite bathroom with hairdryer. The rooms' facilities include a telephone, satellite/ TV, a radio, a minibar, a double bed, carpeting and a safe. The rooms are centrally air conditioned/heated as standard and all are fitted with a balcony some with a sea view.

The hotel has one indoor swimming pool, 2 pools with a poolside snack bars, sun loungers and parasols. The hotel offers Jacuzzi, sauna, as well as a professional massage service (for an additional charge). Sports enthusiasts have the opportunity to make use of the hotel's 6 tennis courts, Golf course,bicycle/mountain bike hire, pool tables with additional charge. Hotel situated next to an 18 hole golf course and two shopping centres. 800 m to the sea with a Beach Club within the bay of Palma. 12 km to the airport and 24 km to Palma. Public bus and free shuttle during the day to the Beach Club and in the evening to Playa de Palma.
