Clean; friendly staff; reasonable breakfast for the price

The bathroom was far too small - about the size of an airplane toilet! (and that included a shower!) The receptionist not being able to give me directions to the hotel from Victoria Coach station (which was only five minutes away and involved just 2 main roads!)

Plenty of shops, restaurants and not far from Piccadilly and other central London attractions.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly

the rooms were small, we booked Bed and full english breakfast, but what we got was cereal, toast, juice, you had to pay for the full cooked English, you could seethe staff were smoking from the kitchen door from the pavement outside. wouldn't reccomend to any of my friends.

Very central the eye westminster chelsea etc is all within easy walking distance

hotel itself was clean and tidy check in was quick and very simple and the staff were helpful and polite. room was clean hotel is situated in what seems as a nice and safe area

room wasnt at all spacious...often tight in places toilet/bathroom was a lot smaller than expected but was sufficient bed was too soft

underground (pimlico) is very close which enables to do many things around the city.

has the quality of a £20.00 B&B. Have used your website previously to book hotels and have been quite happy. Would advise people to not choose this hotel and would like to know how we get a refund.

Clean and quiet.

For two people, the room was extrememly tiny. There was so little room for our luggage that we could hardly walk around. The beds were extremely hard.

The hotel is close to the Pimlico Underground station -- it's chief advantage.

I booked 2 double rooms and when we arrived my friends had been given a double room, and we had to have a twin room. I complained to the front desk person but was told the hotel was full and thats all they had. This was my anniversary and it spoiled my whole weekend. There was refurbishment works going on in the lobby which started very early in the morning and out room backed on to the front desk and so the banging woke us up. the breakfast was terrible with the cheapest bread, sausages, beans etc being served up. I aksed the front desk person where the nearest newsagent was, and he didn't know and yet it was actually 200 yeards from the hotel. It was horrible. The roomitself was not much larger than a broom cupboard

This hotel is located very close to the most interesting buildings in London. The underground station and bus station is situated nearby.

Good central location

Hotel didn't inform us that there had been a flood resulting in no hot water until we arrived late Sunday night. Flood occured Fri/Saturday - being notified would have given us time to try and arrange alternative accommodation. As it was we had no option but to stay and lost most of the first day of our vacation unsuccessfully trying to find an alternative hotel. Rooms had minimal floor space and bed sheets, pillows & curtains were dirty. Lift could only be called from ground floor, we had to go down stairs to retrieve lift so that my elderly parents-in-law could get to ground & basement levels. When asked about compensation for no hot water, or to lodge a complaint we were told by the member of staff to "bring it up with your agent".

Visit Buckingham Palace, catch open top bus tour, many restaurants nearby. Or book into Luna Simone hotel two doors up.

They have elevator. Good food for breakfast.

They didn't serve as for breakfast. If we wouldn't see others having full English breakfast, we wouldn't know that they have it. We would stick to butter and jam. On their internet side they have pictures and comments that the breakfast is self served witch it's not quit true. There is no bar with bacon, eggs, sausages ...
