The air-conditioned hotel was designed by famous American architects and built in 2008, offering 349 rooms. Guests may enjoy the excellent view of the unique architecture through the Sightseeing Elevator. The hotel has a grand ballroom, function room, auditorium room and 5 different-sized meeting rooms, which can accommodate meetings, parties, banquets and conferences. The grand ballroom has the capacity to hold 300 people for a banquet and 600 people for meetings. The hotel is located in the heart of the Haidian District, 40 minutes drive to Beijing Airport. It is surrounded by office buildings in Zhong Guan Cun and 73 universities including Beijing University, Qinghua University and 232 institutes are nearby. In addition it is close to Jingchang highway and with easy access to the Summer Palace, Ming Tombs and the Great Wall. Lastly it is only 30 minutes drive to Tiananmen Square.
