I had a very enjoyable stay.My partner was unable to travel due tio illness.However we sincerely hope to return together in March 2010 and look forward to staying with you.

Nice room, very clean - and discrete and fine cleaning during the day. Fine sauna and ok fitness room.
The breakfast was not so interesting - we missed some better cheese and bread variety (instead of all the cakes ;-)
Close to the city center + close to the subway and bus station. So everything in Prague was easily within reach from the hotel, which was very nice.

Great central location with easy access to both Metro and Tram. The use of a free safe in the room was most welcome. The desk staff where most helpful and always had a smile.
Breakfast was dissappointing. The restaurant facilities was not promoted with menus and opening times.
Easy access to Metro and Tram facilities. The Gate Restaurant only 50m from hotel had a great menu and resonably priced.

In general, is a good hotel taking into account the price
Situaded in a quiet area but no too far walking from the heart of the city. Big and very clean rooms. Kind people working in reception with a very good level of english.
No wifi internet conection. No air conditioning in rooms Few details of some receptionist no very professional. Poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel, not too much things to choose.
Very good modern bar/restaurant very near from the hotel.

helpful staff, lovely room, clean, near to tram stop/metro so easy to get to city centre, tea/coffee facilities in room
quite noisy on the front of hotel due to trams, no air con so quite warm at night (good ceiling fan in our room)
several bars and restaurants with good beer/food at reasonable prices

Room was excellent, liked the size, and art nouveau furniture. Wallet stolen (pickpocket) last full day in Prague, without the help of reception staff a difficult situation would have been far more difficult to resolve. Incredibly supportive and professional.
Very close to Metro; which placed you within minutes of main city sights.
Friendly staff, good location and large rooms, value for money. We will be back next time.
