Room description
The living room has a TV with film and music system, a dining area with fireplace, a balcony with sitting area and sea views, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Bedrooms with king-size beds or twin beds are available and the en suite bathroom features under-floor heating, a shower, bathtub, bathrobe and hairdryer. Each apartment has a safe for valuables. Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone with computer outlet, a hifi, Internet access, a washing machine, an ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.
Sport activities description
Guests may make use of the outdoor saltwater swimming pool with separate children's swimming area, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Pool towels are provided and sun loungers and parasols can also be hired on the nearby sandy beach. Guests may also work out in the cardiovascular gym, relax in the hot tub suite or steam room, or play badminton or golf on the putting green. Massages and spa treatments are also available. Pastana golf course is approximately 3 km from the apartment hotel.

Reception is open from Monday to Saturday from 9 am until 1 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm, and on Sunday from 10 am until 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm. In winter the reception has different opening hours; from Monday to Friday, from 9 am until 1 pm and from 2 pm until 6 pm, on Saturdays from 9 am until 1 pm and closed on Sundays. Key collection is guaranteed 24 hours a day with the security guard.

The apartment hotel is located between Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, in one of the most beautiful sections of the Algarve. Situated on the edge of the village with beautiful hills in the foreground, this fairly new luxury resort occupies a pretty wooded valley, which slopes down gently to the Atlantic Ocean, offering a breathtakingly distant sea view from most of the accommodation units. The club resort is approximately 1.5 km from Sesmarias and its bus station, 2.5 km from the beach, 5 km from the nightlife and tourist centre of Carvoeiro and around 10 km from Portimão and its many shops and train station. The Slide and Splash Waterpark is roughly 4 km from the apartment hotel, Zoomarine is approximately 20 km away and the Monchique Mountains are around 25 km away. Faro Airport is approximately 60 km from the club resort.

Take the exit for Lagoa/Silves from the highway, then follow signs to Carvoeiro. At the first traffic lights in Lagoa turn right in direction of Carvoeiro. At the roundabout take the exit to Sesmarias (first one), do not follow indications to Carvoeiro. Follow signs to Sesmarias, passing the watertower inside Sesmarias until the end of the village where the hotel is situated on the left.
