    Hotel needs some refurbishment, typically bedrooms. Not enough staff on duty in buffet resturant.

    Great Location, beside the beach & close to city centre.

    Lack or organisation in Dining room. Very little information in hotel available about getting around Las Palmas or or things to or see in the city.

    Very good beach for swiming, sunbathing and walking. Close to shopping and public transport 5minutes walk from Santa Catalina station.

    Can't wait to go back.

    Excellent value for money Very clean . Staff helpful " not in your face but there when needed" Very good position on beach near to shops and buses.

    Can honestly say none.

    Salle de sport et SPA en entrée libre à volonté pour les résidents, avec de bons équipements. Double fenêtre pour les chambres donnant sur rue, donc absence de bruit venant de la rue. Salle de bains et WC parfaits. Personnel agréable et efficace, repas très convenables (présentation, choix, fraîcheur notamment) Tarifs raisonnables. Plage au sortir de l'hôtel très agréable

    Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont un peu tristes, de même que leur décoration. Odeurs de cuisine dans la cage d'escalier

    Très grande propreté, très bonne nourriture

    Le 7ème étage est trop bruyant car vous êtes sous la piscine ou le restaurant . C'est très dérangeant. Pas de grand lit dans la chambre mais deux lits alors que j'avais souhaité un grand lit.

    lo conoci hace años,antes de pertenecer a la cadena bull,y aunque ahora es un hotel correcto y cómodo,ha perdido cierto encanto y glamour

    buena situacion,personal atento

    podrian mejorarse aspectos ,los baños de algunas habitaciones son anticuados,correctos,pero anticuados,el bufé cena puede mejorarse

    playa ,compras
