Partly renovated in 1998, this fully air-conditioned luxury hotel has a total of 332 double rooms spread over 5 floors. Amongst the hotel's first class facilities count a 24-hour reception desk, 4 lifts, exclusive business facilities, a public Internet terminal, a hairdresser's salon, a salon bar, a TV/ video area, a restaurant with non-smoking area, an à la carte restaurant and a restaurant for snacks in the afternoon. In addition, there are room and laundry services as well as a playground and kids' club for those younger guests (depending on the number of children, for those aged 4 to 12 years of age).

Sport activities description
In the sprawling, beautiful garden complex is a swimming pool with a children's pool, a pool/ snack bar, sun loungers and parasols as well as a garden bar with a stage. Other amenities within the complex include a solarium, a sauna, a Jacuzzi and a gym. An additional fee applies for use of the health and spa centre and sports enthusiasts may play a spot of table tennis, beach volleyball as well as tennis (3 artificial tennis courts, lessons available with local providers, floodlighting and paddle tennis courts) as well as billiards. The hotel also offers an entertainment programme for children and adults with live music and shows to provide some variation.

Playa del Inglés lies some 5 km away; it is 60 km to the capital town of Las Palmas and 37 km to the airport.
