Great, from check at reception till check out. Very very friendly and proffesional staff , many work in hotel for many years.
Rooms are not too big but clean and very comfortable, nice outdoor and great views from (big)balcony. Good value for money.
We booked halfboard, 2dining sessions and assigned tables. Very friendly and proffesional waiters make you feel welcome and
looked after, meals buffets plenty of choice , or selected meal from menu served at table, guests dress for dinner, no flipflop/slippers
short pants allowed in diningroom ...... great ! Breakfast can be taken outside, bit chaotic to get a table, as some of the
guests dont have manners and can/t wait in line .......
Not a hotel for childeren, wich makes it very quiet !!!! A great place to stay in Playa del Ingles, maybe the best.
