Amongst the first-class facilities featured are a spacious lobby area, a spa centre, bars, public Internet terminal, WLAN Internet access, conference rooms and 2 restaurants. There is also a room service and a laundry service as well as car parking facilities and a garage. Finally, there is 1,000 m² of beautifully-kept gardens surrounding the hotel.

Room description

The comfortable, colonial-style rooms come with a marble bathroom, a hairdryer, telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, a minibar, air conditioning, a safe (included in the room price) and Canary Island style balconies and terraces.

Sport activities description

A freshwater swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols is to be found in the garden complex. There is also a spa centre (access to those aged 16 and over, spa treatments come at an additional price) with sauna, a Turkish bath, hot tub, a gym and paddle tennis facilities. Golfers are entitled to a reduction on green fees at the El Cortijo en Telde course (not owned by the hotel).
