Renovated in 2001, the 4-storey main building and neighbouring building offer a total of 190 rooms, of which 161 are singles and 29 are apartments. The air-conditioned hotel includes a 24-hour reception service with a safe, the lobby has 2 lifts and a café. Additional facilities include a bar, a lounge with a TV corner and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for children. Moreover, a play area is also available.

The modern rooms are equipped with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, background music, air-conditioning, central heating, a safe and a balcony.
Sport activities description
The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool, freshwater pools with children's areas, a pool bar with sun loungers and sunshades. In addition, there is the possibility of using the Jacuzzi and the sauna (for an additional fee) as well as playing tennis in Paguera's tennis centre with 15 hard courts. Further sports activities include table tennis, squash, cycling, basketball, beach volleyball, a billiard table (for a small fee), bocce, bowling, minigolf (with a deposit) and golf are also on offer.
