The rooms also feature a Hypnos luxury bed, high-pressure shower and bath with luxury Elemis products, security lock and bedroom spy holes. Further facilities include hairdryer, direct dial telephone, radio, safe, tea and coffee making facilities and ironing set.

Guests can unwind in the heated indoor swimming pool, gym, hot tub or sauna. The luxurious Chakra Spa offers massages and treatments for an additional fee. The hotel also has sun loungers. Furthermore, there is also a golf course about 5 minutes away.

The hotel is located in East Grinstead, about 30 minutes from London Victoria station, with links to central London, via the Gatwick Express. Also within easy reach is the M25 motorway, as well as Eastbourne on the glorious south coast. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities about a 5-minute drive away in East Grinstead. The beach is roughly a 45-minute drive away. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes from London Gatwick Airport. Other airports include London City, Heathrow, Stansted and Luton, which are about 64 km, 72 km, 111 km and 124 km away, respectively.
