    on arriving the hotel had no idea of my booking i found this quite embarassing and had to wait half an hour for them to sort it out apparantly it was a mistake on your part for not forwarding conformation so maybe in future i will use another website

    Hotel bien placé,confortable,chambre bien installée

    Au regard du prix de la chambre,il est anormal que la vue soit à ce point désagréable:vue sur un dépotoir de matériel divers ,tas de ferraille ,caisses en fer,plastique ,poutres et plaques d'isolation.L'accueil est impersonnel.

    Hotel d'un très beau standard extrêmement bien situé au centre de Londres, proche du shopping. Qualité professionnelle , très bonne nouriture, chambres grandes et agréables, tout est à disposition

    Commentaire non négatif en soi, mais pourquoi pas organiser un buffet pour le petit déjeuner également pendant la semaine

    no cattle and tea in the room neither small chocolate at bedtime...too bad

    Bon accueil et rapidité d'intervention

    Upon check-in, I was offered a newspaper for the morning in french. At no time I've been advised that the service was not included. Please inform the staff to give the correct information.
