Optimas instalações, bem equipadas e limpas. local sossegado e bem cuidado.

Great Spacious apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary utensils. Pool areas were kept really well. Staff were really helpful and courteous. Look forward to returning again.

Bedrooms smelt a little musty. On site supermarket was really expensive.

3 Marias resturant was great value and really good food. The nearby beach via Club Med was very safe and clean.

Have stayed here 6 times now and we love it. The apartments are very large compared to todays standards and they are very clean and have all you need. The gardens are immaculate and beautiful. Great for 2 weeks holifay or a short break. Beach is just 5 minutes walk away.

Beach close by as is fishing port at Olhos D'Agua which is a plwasant walk away along beach and steps to the town

Great apartments - very spacious and spotlessly clean. Surrounding gardens are superbly maintained.

Great beach walking and small fishing villages to enjoy a morning coffee and watch the fisherman land their catch. Possible to walk on the beach all the way to Vilamoura, have lunch and catch the bus back.

Good value and having a ground floor apartment with a garden was great for the kids.

We have stayed here before and this time it was just as good.

Only one outdoor heated swimming pool for the whole site. The heated pool is very deep so no good for non swimmers. Even in May the unheated outdoor pools were cold. There is an indoor pool- you need to wear a swimming hat to use it.

Balaia beach across the road. Good cafe and facilities on the beach. The road there is a bit rough, but the beach is clean and lovely

had a fabulous time in Balaia. staff were superb! I forgot my phone and they were so obliging and posted it home. I loved the place and location near beach. will definately be returning

Beds hard as stone (but they always seem to be so in hotels) Food OK for a few days but not presented invitingly. Breakfast tended to be cold if not there early. Main restaurant had a lot of trailing electrical leads to 'hot plates' Our apartment was right on the noisy main road however it was very convenient for the supermarket (which was on the floor below) and when we asked were offered an alternative without hesitation.

Had a quick look at the nearest beach but as we spent only 3 nights did not venture further afield.

even though we paid extra for a pool view our view of the pool wasnt great we could just see a part of the pool from our balcony.

plent to do if you get a taxi into town. i would say you need a car as a little bit out the way

- Rapport qualité / prix petit-déjeuner : buffet peu abondant compte tenu du prix : ( 10 euros!!!) - Ayant quitté l'hôtel le samedi très tôt, il a été très difficile d'obtenir un petit-déjeuner à emporter, bien que déjà payé - Faire payer 30 minutes d'internet 3 euros pour juste imprimer un boarding pass alors que la grande majorité des hotels le font gratuitement - sur un séjour d'une semaine le kids club est payant la quatrième fois. Pourquoi ne pas le faire durant toute la durée du séjour?
