Built in 1997, the hotel includes a bungalow complex and has 5 floors in the main building and 4 floors in the annexe block with a total of 203 rooms, of which 98 are doubles, and 105 are suites. Surrounding the hotel is a park area. The facilities of this air-conditioned conference-hotel include a 24-hour reception with a safe, currency exchange and a cloakroom, as well as lifts, a café/bar, a shop, a hairdresser's salon and a piano bar.
