Opened in 2008, the hotel has 290 rooms, which include standard, business, deluxe and garden view rooms, as well as business, deluxe and regency suites. The hotel is an upscale property, and offers office spaces, a variety of restaurants and a shopping mall as well as comprehensive banqueting facilities. It has a 500 m² pillarless, high ceiling Grand Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 350 guests for a reception and 300 guests for a banquet style dinner. Its state-of-the-art technology provides digital point-to-multipoint systems delivering high speed broadband, voice, data and Internet services. The air-conditioned establishment also has a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access and a hairdressing salon. Other shared facilities include a café, bar, pub, auditorium, WLAN Internet access and a kids' club. Room and laundry services are provided and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park or undercover parking garage.

The rooms all have a double or king-size bed and a private bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer. Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, minibar/fridge, ironing set, centrally regulated air conditioning and heating and a safe. A professional English butler service is available 24 hours a day.
