The building was constructed in 1972 and completely renovated in 2004. It consists of four 4-storey blocks with a total of 198 apartments. Various facilities are available to guests including a vast 1,500 m² pool and garden complex, a stylish foyer with lifts, hire safes and a 24-hour reception. There is also a TV room, an à la carte restaurant with a pleasant outdoor terrace and a Internet terminal (with charge). Guests may take advantage of the car parking facilities and playground.
Room description
The tastefully furnished apartments come with a bathroom, a combined living and sleeping room, satellite/ cable TV (fee payable), a fridge, a safe (fee payable) and a balcony or terrace. The rooms are cleaned by staff on guests' departure.
Sport activities description
In the outdoor complex is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Furthermore guests have the opportunity to play a game of tennis or billiards/ snooker (additional fees apply) or to pay a visit to the in-house solarium.

This attractive apartment complex is centrally located in the tourist heart of Playa del Inglés. It is just 200 m to the lively beach promenade and a short distance from the fine sand beach (400 m). An abundance of shops and entertainment centres such as Kasbah, Metro and Yumbo are located in the immediate vicinity. Public transport departs from a stop located 50 m away.
