This apartment complex comprises 43 units of apartments and villas and is placed in front of the Hotel Montechoro, where guests have access to all facilities (except swimming pool in Summer) such as 24-hour reception, hairdresser, restaurant and bar, Health Club (gym, sauna,...),laundry service and a games room. Two blocks have lifts and all apartments have a balcony except the T0. The complex provides a courtesy bus to Oura beach and Albufeira town centre (subject to availability of seats & timetable; not available Sunday&Monday). Some facilities denotes payment.

Sport activities description
Fresh water swimming pools are to be found in the outdoor complex (1 for adults and 1 for children). At the HM Guest can find a games room, Health Club with gym with modern equipment in the cardio fitness area, a sauna, massage (OR) Turkish and Scottish baths, 1 squash courts and 8 tennis courts. There are also 2 football grass pitches.

This pleasant complex is located in Montechoro, in the surroundings of Albufeira town and close to Oura centre, where guests will discover a selection of shops, boutiques, cafés, bars and restaurants. Links to the public transport are to be found directly in front of the complex, whilst the nearest beach is 1.5 km away.

Coming from Spain, Faro, Faro Airport or Portimão, East or West, take the A 22 Via do Infante and exit at Albufeira. After being on the IC 1 for 1.4 km, follow directions to Albufeira (EN 395) and Faro (EN 125), taking the EN 125 in direction to Faro. Ignore the exit to Albufeira/ Ferreiras (EN 395). After 3 km, at the 1st traffic lights, turn right to Montechoro/ Albufeira, following directions to Montechoro. The hotel will be found after 2.5 km.
