Each guest room features a separate bedroom with twin beds, a living room with a sofa bed, an in-room safe and a kitchen with a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Each has a complete bathroom with a shower and a large terrace or balcony with tables, chairs and hammocks.

There is an outdoor saltwater swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Water sports available for a fee include waterskiing, jet skiing, diving, windsurfing, motor boating, banana boating, sailing, catamaran boating and canoeing. Guests may also enjoy squash (fees apply), paddle tennis (for a fee), tennis or mini golf (fees apply). Sun loungers and parasols can be hired for a fee on the nearby sandy beach. The nearest golf course is in Taurus, 2 km from the complex.

Guests will find several restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife in the town centre, just 500 metres from the hotel. There is a bus stop about 200 m away. Palmitos Park, Aqua Park and Holiday World are all a 20-minute drive from the hotel and the capital Las Palmas is roughly 50 minutes by car. Gran Canaria airport is approximately 45 km from the apartment hotel.
