Apartment excellent alternative to usual hotels. More space and freedom to do as you please, especially in preparing own food.

Only negative found was problems with the TV which were not fixed during our stay.

I got the impression that this hotel was not fully open and running. We eventually located someone from reception - they came from down the street who checked us in and carried our case up. We managed the stairs but it would be worth pointing out that if you have a room on the top floor there are 50 stairs to climb and no lift. This could prove a problem for less abled people.

Hammersmith theatres and show venues

Location was great--accessible to underground. Very roomy, clean, bright, comfortable bed I would come back and below is some helpful things that would make the stay quite excellent. I Truly enjoyed the place is was ver sweet!

Kitchen needs a couple of pots, no consistent hot water, no phone books, and staff was not very helpful when you asked them a question--it was just no, I don't know more information about room service--is needed, does the telephone in room work, if so how it woks,how to contact staff when you need something, when do you give clean towels and when do you clean the rooms.The TV only got one channel owels, do you come in and clean room daily.

We traveled into town for sites and museums. There are plenty of places to eat near the hotel.

Well placed apartments close to Hammersmith Tube station.

Situated on a very busy road so noisy all night long. We had to keep the windows closed because of the noise which resulted in the room being too hot to sleep. An air conditioning stand alone unit was installed in the bedroon half way through the holiday but was too noisy to keep on during the night, so still no sleep.

Because the apartment was so close to the tube we could get to all attractions easily.

Has cooking facilities.

Spent three nights there and there was no hot water, not even for a minute. The TV was not tuned!

We were on the top floor and it was very hot, in the summer I suppose it will be awfully hot. The staircase is very narrow.
