This is a beautiful stone house with a pool and beautiful garden. The house is ideal for couples and small families who want to enjoy a relaxed and calm holiday. There are 2 rooms on offer, swimming pool and private garden.
Room description
The property has double rooms, one with a 150cm bed and another with 2 single beds. It consists of individually regulated air conditioning and heating, an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a kitchen, living room, patio, gazebos, a garden, swimming pool and barbecue. Guests have satellite/cable TV, a radio, hi-fi, safe, fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities at their disposal. The washing machine and ironing set provide additional convenience.
Sport activities description
The property is close to Pollença Golf, within some 5 minutes' walk. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out on the sandy beach for use.

It is situated in one of the most exclusive areas of Mallorca, close to Pollensa golf, but also situated in a private and quiet location. It is ideal for bikers because it is next to a most idyllic area of Pollença's tourist cycle routes. Palma airport is about 50 km away and Pollensa town is about 5 minutes by car.
