På en trevlig trattoria kan du njuta av den typiska och populära rätten ”bistecca fiorentina” som aväts tillsammans med en flaska Chiantivin och därefter kan man ta en kopp kaffe på Piazza della Repubblica eller smaka den berömda chokladen från ”Rivoire” på Piazza della Signoria.
