Republiken Malta är en ögrupp som ligger i Medelhavet i Sydeuropa. Den lilla mikrostaten tillhör Europaunionen. Öarna i ögruppen är tre: Malta, Gozo och Comino.
Det lugna och pittoreska landskapet domineras huvudsakligen av låga kullar och terrassformiga åkrar. Klimatet är angenämt och mycket attraktivt för turister. Ön kan besökas med lätthet och den har många sevärdheter.
