Vi vill först och främst fästa uppmärksamheten på Santiagokatedralen (i Santiago de Compostela), som är från 1000-talet, katedralen i Lugo med sin nyklassiska fasad, den romerska stadsmuren i Lugo, klosterkyrkan Santo Domingo i Lugo, som är från 1200-talet, församlingskyrkan San Pedro de Bordóns (Sanxenxo) och kyrkan Sta. María de Adina (Sanxenxo) och flera andra.
Galicien har dessutom många olika badorter och playor, alla av mycket god kvalitet och mycket vackra. Vi rekommenderar Porteloplayan (Oleiros), Santa Cristina-playan (Oleiros) Barrañánplayan (Arteixo), Silgarplayan (Sanxenxo), som är en av de mest populära playorna och idealisk för surfing och andra vattenaktiviteter, Samilplayan (Vigo) med sin vackra utsikt och till sist Ribeiraplayan i Baiona.
Vi rekommenderar också ett besök i nationalparken Islas Atlánticas de Galicia (Bueu), en förtjusande övärld med vackra små öar.
