Granada är en stad och administrativ huvudort i Granadaprovinsen i Andalusien, Spanien. Det var dessutom den gamla huvudstaden i det medeltida kungadömet Granada. Det ligger vid foten av bergmassivet Sierra Nevada där floderna Genil, Darro och Beiro flyter samman.
Granada har massor av sevärdheter att besöka och aktiviteter att delta i. Vi rekommenderar att man besöker Alhambra (den röda), som är det äldsta och bäst bevarade arabiska palatset i världen. Du kan även besöka sommarpalatset Generalifes trädgård, som ligger alldeles intill Alhambra och som är en underbart vacker trädgård, konstfullt utformad med springbrunnar och dammar och ett överflöd av blommor och annan växtlighet.
Men det finns mer att titta på i Granada: katedralen, Capilla real i en markant gotisk stil från 1505, den gamla varubörsen La Lonja, La Alcaicería (en gammal arabisk sidenmarknad), stadsdelen Albaicín, grottorna på Sacromonte, det arabiska monumentet Corral del Carbón och renässanstemplet San Jerónimo, m.fl.
