Lérida (Lleida) är provinshuvudstad i provinsen med samma namn och den hör till den autonoma regionen Katalonien i Spanien. Det är en vacker stad, porten till Pyrenéerna, och den har betydande turistattraktioner.
Léridas historiska centrum är den äldsta delen i staden och där hittar man många intressanta platser och dessutom ett stort promenadstråk med många affärer. Här ligger katedralen Seu Villa, som en gång i världen var en militär fästning och vars arkitektur utgör en förtjusande blandning av gotisk och romansk stil. Den ligger tillsammans med det gamla Suda-palatset på en kulle.
En annan katedral, också den mycket vacker, är den gamla Seu Nova, i barockstil. För dem som njuter av att lära känna hemligheter från äldre tider finns Institut d’Estudis Ilerdencs, som är ett historiskt museum i gotisk stil och mycket intressant att besöka.
Ännu en plats för att bege sig tillbaka till forna tider är den historiska platsen känd som La Paeria. Där hittar man rester och konstskatter från det romerska imperiet, den arabiska tiden och medeltiden.
