Sydvästra England är ett intressant turistmål tack vare sina badstränder, sina två nationalparker och sina olika världsarvsobjekt.
Bristol anses vara den viktigaste staden i hela sydvästra England och det har en mängd museer, teatrar och berömda festivaler, t.ex. luftballongfestivalen. Intressant är också floden Avons utlopp och ravinen den rinner genom.

Även i Somerset finns det utmärkta stränder med fantastiska vikar och man bör också besöka grottorna Cheddar Gorge och Wookey Hole. I Torbay hittar man paradisiska stränder med stora resorts.
