Prestwick är en skotsk stad som ligger i södra Ayrshire några få kilometer sydväst om Glasgow i Storbritannien.
Prestwick är mycket känt för sin flygverksamhet. Det är dessutom berömt för sina golfbanor. Den första Golf Open-tävlingen spelades på Old Course Prestwick år 1860. Men staden har ytterligare två golfbanor, St. Nicholas (från 1851) och St. Cuthberts.
Bland de viktigaste sevärdheterna är St. Nicholas, som är Prestwicks äldsta kyrka.
