Skotska öarna och Yttre Hebriderna. Skottland har 787 öar, av vilka något mer än 100 är bebodda. I väster ligger Hebriderna, de yttre och de inre, och i norr Orkneyöarna och Shetlandsöarna.
På de Inre Hebriderna intar Skye, Mull, Islay, Jura och Staffa en framträdande plats. Det är lätt att komma till dem och de är enormt vackra med grottor och paradisiska platser med ett rikt växt- och djurliv. Mull är den populäraste ön.

Besök Kirkwalls katedral och museum, de neolitiska fyndplatserna i Sandwick och Stromness, dess museum, gravfyndigheterna i Stenness och South Ronaldsay, kapellet Lambholm och klipporna vid Old Man of Hoy.
