  Molt bé situat a 100 metres de Buckingham Palace. Molt bona atenció del personal. Habitació gran i tranquila. Y molt correcte esmorzar. Totalment recomanable.

  El edificio y zonas comunes, la atención del personal y la apariencia en general del hotel son fantásticas y acorde a su precio. El desayuno también es muy bueno por variedad, calidad y presentación (salvo el café). La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer las principales atracciones de Londres a pie y con muy buenas posibilidades de usar el transporte público. WIFI gratis en todo el hotel incluido en la propia habitación. También es gratuito el uso de la caja fuerte y algunos extras de agradecer como café e infusiones.

  La habitación doble estándar es un poco pequeña y no tan bonita como aparece en las fotos publicadas en la web del hotel. La limpieza es correcta sin más y el café del buffet es mejorable a todas luces, aunque se ve compensado con el zumo y la variedad en general.

  Very pleasant hotel,lovely coffee and teas, very helpfull lady staff member who went out of her way to give list of all herbal teas available

  Room ok but wardrobe door too close to bed so only one bedside table which was on my side of bed, wardrobe door hinges looked like needed fixing

  Room very small. Not enough shower gel etc only 30mls given for 2 people per day Scaffolding and netting outside hotel and window, felt like we were in prison. News papers ordered but never arrived each morning.
